Zapier / Frame V4 - Access needed without an Adobe Account

Hi everyone,

I’m running into an issue with the Zapier integration for Frame.io V4.

I have an active Frame V4 account, but it is not connected to or managed through an Adobe ID. When I try to connect or reconnect Frame.io in Zapier, the authentication flow always redirects me to log in using an Adobe ID, with no option to authenticate directly with my Frame credentials.

Because of this, I’m unable to complete the Zapier integration, even though my Frame account itself works correctly outside of Adobe.

My questions are:

  • Is there a way to authenticate Zapier using Frame credentials without requiring an Adobe ID?

  • If not, is this a known limitation of the Frame V4 Zapier integration?

  • Is there another way I can authenticate Frame V4 with zapier without an dobe account?

hi @wearevloom to use Zapier (which uses our V4 API) it is required to use an Adobe ID, otherwise the routes won’t know where to go!
