Hello so I was using Zapier to connect my Slack and other platforms together using the Kegacy connection. We changed over to Frame V4 and now when I try to connect my Frame account it is not allowing me to enter login details then Zapier throws this issue that it’s expired but I can;t create a new connection or test it. This is the issue I get everytime. Any ideas?
Fixed this issue. The Client had updated their Frame account to the v4 version but in the Frame account personal settings it had not linked their Frame and Adobe account. Once Setup by clicking add Account and logging into the Adobe account, the connection worked
