Is the Zapier Frame.io module intended to work with an Adobe Teams account that is connected to our Frame.io V4 account?
When I login to adobe using the zapier Frame.io V4 module it says “ Your organization does not allow access to third party applications. The login window has the URL: https://adobeid-na1.services.adobe.com/ims/fromSusi And the top of the window says Enterprise ID. Nobody has been able to clarify that this is an enterprise only feature in Zapier. I have been between Adobe and Frame.io support several times and neither are able to locate any setting in Adobe Admin Console that can fix this error. Do we need a different type of Adobe account or a different setup of Frame.io? Thanks in advance.
hi @BENPD this has nothing to do with Zapier or Frame.io. The “Your organization does not allow access to third party applications” response is a permissions issue that is being blocked by the Adobe Admin Console. When you go to log in, there are a series of checks within IMS to ensure the proper permissions have been set to allow 3rd party access. For some reason or another, your account in the Admin Console is set to not allow 3rd party applications. I wish I could help or point you in the right direction but this is something that has to be taken up with the Admin Console team directly. I recommend filing a support ticket to get help (I know not what you want to hear but I don’t have other recommendations at this time)
