"Your organization does not allow access to third party applications."

,

I’m being auto-migrated to V4 on March 24 and need API access for my automations.

When I try to authenticate via OAuth Web App through Adobe Developer Console, I get the error “Your organization does not allow access to third party applications.”

My Adobe ID and Frame.io account are both under the same email and are linked.

Can you please help with third-party OAuth access for my account?

This is blocking me from preparing my automations before the forced migration.

hi @anubistar this is an Admin Console issue, you will need to find the setting that allows 3rd party applications. I don’t have any insight into how the admin console works, but when asking our help bot this is what it said:

Admin Console:
Steps for Organization Administrator:

  1. Log into Adobe Admin Console

  2. Navigate to Products > App Integrations

  3. Click Add integrations

  4. Search for and select your third-party application (via Adobe Exchange)

  5. Review app details and click Next

  6. Set authorization policy:• Allow all users, OR
    Specify users/groups, OR
    Block all users (for testing)

  7. Click Add app integration/Save
    To manage later:
    • Go to App Integrations > Admin Authorizations
    • Click Manage on the app to update policy

Here’s a page that might help:

Thanks Charlie.

Seems like this
”Applies to enterprise & teams.”

I’m on the normal Frame.io v2

hi @anubistar you need to be on V4 before you can reconnect your automations. IF you need, you can create a new frame.io account (be sure to choose the to “Connect with Adobe” on sign up to auto-connect your Adobe ID to the new frame.io account). That’s probably why you are seeing that error atm
