Make / Zapier and Frame.io failure to log in - Your organization does not allow access to third party applications

Hi there,

I am trying to connect my Frame.io account with an automation platform so I can integrate it with some company processes. I am unfortunately falling at the first hurdle - I can’t get frame to connect directly with either Zapier or Make. I keep getting the error message ‘Your organization does not allow access to third party applications.’ when I try and log in. I am not part of an organisation and all settings seem normal. What am I missing?

I have tried to make contact with both adobe and frame support but they say my account is normal. My account is also fully connected to adobe.
