Cannot Access Frame.io V4 API — Need Adobe Identity Migration

Hi team,

I have a paid Frame.io V4 account, but my login is still using the legacy Frame.io email/password method — not Adobe Identity (SUSI).

I’m trying to use the V4 API via the Adobe Developer Console, but:

  • The /oauth/authorize endpoint fails with 404
  • My token can’t authenticate with /v4/me (401 Unauthorized)

From what I understand, I need my Frame.io workspace and user to be migrated to Adobe Identity to access the V4 API.

Can someone on the Dev/Integration team help link my account properly so I can use the Frame.io V4 API in Postman?
