Google Drive to Frame via Zapier

This should be super simple. I had this working for months but recently there was a Frame API update according to Zapier and now all I get is a 471 byte file in my Project folder.
New file shows up in Google Drive. New file is sent to FrameIO in a specified Project and subfolder.

The guides say to use the webContentLink for the file from my Google Drive. The file that gets uploaded has the right name but none of the content.

I don’t understand what is failing.
