Zapier has confirmed everything looks configured correctly on their end at they are sending webhooks. Is it possible to share the webhook payload or delivery logs from that specific timeframe? So they can can compare it against what they received on our end to pinpoint where the disconnect is happening. Or is there somewhere else that i can go for support? Zapier and I are stuck. They’ve been super helpful, frame .io not so much.
Hi Jeff, I am sorry you are running into difficulties with your zap. Can you please share more about the configuration of the trigger and a screenshot of the zap. And the process you are going through to trigger the event as a test record.
The status label changed but the zap didn’t fire. Here are the screenshots. It is only finding one record so maybe it is hooked up to the wrong adobe account? It logs me in automatically and when I opened a sessionless browser to add the connection entered the adobe account information correctly so I can’t tell!
Let me know what else to send. I have no way of debugging this, all I have done so far is make sure the connection looks ok. This used to work for the old API but I had to change to the new one.

Thank you for this. Updated Asset Label was the v2 legacy api call. You will need to rebuild the trigger. Instead for this use Metadata Value Updated. This will fire for any value changed in the workspace so refine filter to the desired status. Filters are case sensitive. You will need a show file to include the orginal download url.
