Hi all
It looks like the Zapier connection to Frame v3 has been cancelled, all of my triggers are no longer working. From Zapier’s side, it’s asking to reconnect my account but whenever I login, it just brings me to the project page and doesn’t reconnect my account.
On Frame my connected apps page is now blank and it won’t let me add anything.
The connection is still there because I’m getting errors each time a trigger happens. It’s just not providing any information to Zapier.
I’m aware that the Frame team aren’t continuing support beyond November, but I was told by my Adobe rep that things wouldn’t be shut off. This is the busiest time of the year for the business and I don’t have the tools I need to migrate to v4. Is there any chance this can be fixed?

Same here!!! I need to fix this Frame’s issue ASAP
There seems to be an issue with the OAuth redirect across the board for legacy API integrations. I’ve raised this internally as a p0 and will update as I have more info

This has been resolved. OAuth is working again for legacy.
Thanks for the update Charlie! It doesn’t seem to be working currently, when I try reconnecting my account it does load the option to allow permissions, but then does a Bad Request popup before closing.
I’ll keep trying incase it needs time to update
hi @Cannonball can you to to App Connections in Zapier and force a reconnect there, and test the connection?
I was seeing an error when trying to reconnect in a zap:
But once I went to App Connection and reconnected/tested the connection there it was fine for me and I was able to continue like normal.

I tried that when I posted and it didn’t work. But I have tried again now and everything seems to be working!

Great glad to hear it’s working again! Apologies for the disruption this caused, was an unintended issue that was totally unrelated to the auth portal.
