Frame io V4 with Pabbly or Zapier

Hey guys,

So this was my workflow on v3:

  1. My editors upload videos to a certain Dropbox folder
  2. Pabbly (it’s like Zapier) uploads each video to certain Frame.io folders.

Super simple.

Then we upgraded to v4 by mistake, couldn’t revert, and we’re downloading the videos manually from Dropbox and uploading them again manually to Frame.io

I noticed the new API early access has been introduced.
I tried to understand it through Adobe, but it’s just too confusing for me.

All I’m looking for is a token to put in a Pabbly automation and get everything to work again.

Has this been produced? Any simple way or step-by-step way to do this?

For me the same but with n8n

We were upgraded to v4 and all our automations ceased to work, we asked to be moved back and after enough outrage from the users we finally were assisted in moving back to v2. Maybe you can get help moving back if it is not too late?

Sorry haven’t looked into getting access to the v4 API yet, as I want to wait switching to our current production is finished.

We are chatting with the Pabbly team about supporting V4! Until webhooks for V4 are out of alpha though, we are not advising any integration platforms as a service to go live since they are a number of breaking changes that are about to be released that would impact integrations.

Just a quick follow-up on this to see if it’s happening soon.

Thanks, Charlie. Just a quick follow-up to confirm that you’ve done it.

We’ve been handling this manually for almost a year now, and it’s been a significant bottleneck so far.

hi @hidden021 unfortunately we have not heard from them. We will reach out again but would recommend you contact Pabbly and make the request as well so it’s also coming from their customers.

Yes I did multiple times with them. They showed an email from Adobe. I think they’re talking to them about this
