We’ve set up an automation to send Frame review links to our Airtable portal, but recently those review links haven’t been generating or syncing to the portal. We are using Make for the automation and connected it with the Frame.io API. How can we resolve or troubleshoot this issue?

Are you seeing any errors in your scenario history on Make? That would be the first place I would look
If you’re not seeing anything there, can you send over some additional details on how you’ve set up your scenario? I’m happy to try to troubleshoot on my end as well.
We are getting multiple 500 internal-server errors without any additional context.

Without looking at the specifics, I don’t know if this is related, but an issue I’ve run into with my own automations including Airtable are any type of mismatch in expected field type or field name. For example, if your scenario is mapping a text value into an Airtable field that’s configured as a multi-select, Airtable will reject the input.
