Creating watchfolders on Windows 10

Hello

I am looking into FrameIO.

I have a Media Composer environment which is all Windows.

Is there a watchfolder app I can use (like the MacOS one) where I can create watchfolders?

I have just seen there is a Frame I.O Transfer app which I will use.
