Hello all, just wanted to announce that Zapier now works with V4! This integration is currently in Beta, and we will be adding additional functionality and endpoints as they become available.
The current availability of triggers & actions is on par with what is currently available with the Legacy version. Any and all zaps will need to be rebuilt and updated to work with V4 if you have any currently in use (would recommend duplicating existing legacy Zaps to start).
Wow at long last! Thank you so much! I was just about to give up hope
Question: Using the “Show File” action, I can get the View URL but not the Source URL or Download URL. Is that a bug that will be fixed? Or is there any way to save/download a file from Frame through Zapier?
Awesome - thanks so much! Though for some reason I can’t find / use those fields in future steps of the zap, even though the data does gets pulled when the Zap is run
I see it in the output when the zap is run, but I can’t call those fields in other steps of the Zap
In this screenshot I selected all of the Media links from Include Additional Data - in the Frame V4 ‘Show File’ step, but they aren’t found in the next step
hey @CharlieAnderson finally I’m connected! It was the adobe account authentication on frame.io that was incorrect.
Now I’m facing the same problem you commented on above, but at the “comment created”. I need to send the URL to Slack, but there is no “additional data” field in the comment created option. Could you help me? All the best
@thiagonassif What specifically are you looking for? The Triggers are webhooks that have very specific information that is returned, with not a lot of extra info. If you are looking to show the url for the asset that the comment was added to to add to a slack message, the best way to do this would be to use the Show File action on the File ID from the Comment Created trigger and then retrieve the View Url from there like in this example.
