Send webhook when file is uploaded for Customer review

I want to send a webook to make when file is uploaded for Customer review and then trigger another or same webhook when V2 of this file is uploaded after updating Customer request

I want to update a file metadata with automation in make.

The main goal is to send a webhook to make when a new version of a file is created in “stack” but I need the the 2 fathers folders name (2 generation up) of that file to be in that webhook (or in another way)
