My team is needing to build a Zapier-based integration on the V4 API to sync custom metadata fields between Frame.io and our project management dashboard on Notion (title, status, posting date, platform, assignee, and editor fields).
We’re hitting the same wall a few others have reported here: requests to the metadata field definitions endpoint return a 403 — “Please migrate your account to account level metadata.” Our custom fields work fine in the web app, but they’re invisible to the API, so we can’t read or write them.
Could you please add our account to the ALM migration priority list?
