I am working with a client to create some webhooks but under the TEAM drop down there is only “No options”.
The client is on the “Team” plan and I am given the highest level access to the account.

Customer service said they stopped supporting new legacy accounts or downgrades to legacy versions on October 14th and our only option is to hope V4 becomes functional soon with no time table as to when that may or may not happen. i.e. Frame did an absolutely horrid job with the V4 roll out and are in no rush to fix any of the problems they created.
Can you provide some examples of where you are getting stuck with creating webhooks? At the moment webhooks are created and managed via the API, there is no web ui currently
