'm trying to set up read-only Server-to-Server API access for an internal reporting dashboard. When I try to add the Frame.io API in the Adobe Developer Console, I get:
“License required — your organization does not have a license to access this API.”
From other threads here, it sounds like this is tied to an account-level entitlement that needs to be enabled on Frame.io’s side, rather than something I can fix myself. Could someone point me to the right process (or person) to get this switched on for our account? Happy to share our account details privately if that’s needed.
