What kind of data are you interested in pulling?

If it’s something simple like a list of Teams, Projects, storage usage, etc then that should be pretty easy to setup.

If you want to bring over like every asset and comment, or audit logs, that’s going to be much more complex.

Something like this

  • Uploader volume: How many projects are “In Progress” for that uploader.

    • Note for studio, only mark “Program” files “In Progress”

  • Volume reports: How many mp4’s was marked “Approved” in any given month, quarter or year.

  • Dashboard of averages:

    • What is our average duration of videos in minutes that are marked approved.
    • Average files size per project in GB’s
    • Biggest files size per project in GB’s
    • Highest comment count per project

  • Resolution overview: What are the resolutions per team and per project

  • Project lifespan: When a project status goes from “In progress” to “Approved”

  • Review lifespan: When a project status goes from “Needs Review” to “Approved”
