FrameIO V4 and Zapier integration works when I setup/test but fails when real data runs happen

,

hi @leafy.link we just promoted a new 1.2.2 version that adds an additional step to the autoRefresh action on Zapier to keep the connection alive.

I’ve been running this new update for the past 24h (And a previous version since Saturday) without issues. I’ll be making a post here shortly to announce the new update but could you please try that and also please reconnect your account to frame.io to be sure to use the latest version (as there are new auth scopes included and requires you to use the latest connection).

Hey Charlie, seems the error is still happening, could it be that authorisation times out after 1 hour? Do you think I could theoretically have a zap that creates folders every 30 mins to keep the authentication alive or is it zap specific?

@mdkn did you re-connect your Frame.io account under the Setup section of the Zap?

1h TTL would mean the auth token is not being exchanged for an access token by Zapier’s OAuth process and/or not being refreshed properly and I doubt that is the case.

I’m in discussions with their dev support team atm to try to resolve this issue.

Reconnected but only V1.1.9

@leafy.link 1.2.2 should be the latest

Still failing

Hi @leafy.link I sent you a DM to try and help.

Error seems to still be there :smiling_face_with_tear:

hi @mdkn you are still using the release version of the action, you will need to re-add or re-set up that particular step with the 1.3.2 version that you were invited to.

It will look like this, with the version number

Alternatively if this step runs into an issue you can try the SDK method for creating a folder (add action, search for SDK and then select the Create Folder method)

This code is under review atm and I hope to have this out in the near future
