Frame.io Webhook stopped sending updates all of sudden

Hi all,

I’ve been using Frame Webhooks since end of May to automate actions following a file being approved in Frame. It was working very well until now, but today my Make.com workflow suddenly stopped receiving updates.

I tried disabling and then enabling the webhook, I tried making a new Webhook and directing it to a different address on Make. None of that helped. I then tried creating a new webhook and testing it by directing it to webhook.site where I can monitor incoming webhook payloads and once again no updates were sent to there as well.

Still not working at the moment. Has anyone had a similar issue?

Same issue with mine

We had a backend queue that processes webhook events go down earlier, it’s been restored and things should be flowing normally again. Let us know if you’re still seeing issues or if we can help you out with anything else. Thank you for your patience.

Hi, I have the same issue today. Since 2-3h ago, I’m not receiving anymore webhooks from Frame. Can you please update us on this issue? Is it happening again? @trowan @rosiec

I’m noticing this too as of this morning, last night it was fine!

Sorry for the late reply here. You might have already noticed, but we received word that this issue was resolved on Friday 09/18 at around 11:00 am EDT.
