Hi,
I have a webhook configured that notifies my app about label changes in assets.
If that label change is done via app.frame.io this works well. But it is not triggered when another service updates the label of an asset.
The webhook for asset.created works fine, no matter if the asset is created in the webapp or via API.
Is there a config setting I am missing?

Hey Jojo,
Sorry to hear you’re running into this issue. It’s not something I’ve heard of before - so I’m going to do some investigating of my own, open a ticket, and chat with some engineers tomorrow.
I’ll let you know what I find out!
Did some investigating and looks like the web app uses a different endpoint to update asset statuses that does trigger the webhook, but making a change via PUT /v2/assets:/id doesn’t fire the webhook.
I’ve opened a ticket and will follow up tomorrow!
