Yeesh, I have no idea what’s going on here– I asked customer service a pretty basic question and they directed me here, but this seems like a bit of a dumpster fire. I’m not a developer, not sure why they did that, but I suppose I’ll just direct my constituents to not use this platform.

I tried a workaround when setting up the extra step using mapped trigger data. I did find a metadata field called “New Field Value”, but it’s always empty—no matter how closely I follow your instructions.
Sharing this screenshot in case it helps; really hoping we can resolve this today so I can spend the weekend fixing the bugs that are costing us further revenue loss.

Hi @Tzizzy ! Our backend team released a bug fix last night that they believe addressed your issue. Can you test and see? I would recommend fully disconnecting and reconnecting the latest V4 Zapier build to your Zap in order to test.

What do you exactly mean by this,

That’s the one thing remaining that i maybe haven’t tried?

Hey team, running into the exact same issue:
I also really need this sorted, I have tried building a similar setup on Make.com, but then with Make I can’t pull the status updates - if anyone has a workaround for that, I’m more than happy to switch to Make.com.
hi @gabe can you contact Zapier support and provide the url of the zap to them (aka copy the url from your web browser while in this edit mode) and ask them to send you what the error log is so we can troubleshoot?
@Tzizzy he means remove the Frame.io connection from your App Connections and re-authenticate to see if it changes anything.
It worked now- thank you guys for putting this into priority and getting this resolved.
