Hi, I tried to create an OAuth app from developer portal but the form is not getting submitted, I’m getting errors in console, I’m attaching the screenshot as well.

I’m unable to recreate the issue with the form, including using the data you’ve entered. Can you let us know what scopes you are selecting as well? Have you been able to try in a different browser or incognito mode?
