# Using Frame.io API to Copy a Project Folder

I am trying to Copy a Project from my [Frame.io](http://Frame.io) Team, and rename it. I can’t find any documentation for how to do this. Does anyone have any advice or experience doing this?

Hi @Msaadvlk  
Have you been able to figure this out?  
In my experience, the way to copy a project is to copy the folders and move them to a new folder.

Check out the [batch copy asset](https://developer.frame.io/api/reference/operation/batchCopyAsset/) documentation and the [copy asset](https://developer.frame.io/api/reference/operation/copyAsset/) documentation.

To rename you can use the [update asset](https://developer.frame.io/api/reference/operation/updateAsset/) and include “name” in the header.
