# Frame.io V4 Zapier Integration Not Pulling Comments

We setup a connection with [Frame.io](http://Frame.io) V4 Beta and Zapier - the authorization looks like it worked since the node is pulling in our frame accounts and workspace but after testing the “comment created” Test trigger keeps returning empty. We’ve tested this extensively across all folders, share links, and internal links and still didn’t return anything

Hi,

Zapier does not actually enable the webhook until you publish it and turn it on. The information that’s provided is a placeholder due to this limitation. I would recommend setting up a trigger and verifying that it works with the placeholder values, as you’re only looking for the output fields to use dynamically. If you run into any issues please feel free to post some screenshots after you’ve tested with a live trigger!
