# Frame IO port number and protocol information

Our editing environment is not connected to the internet.

I would like to open up a port to allow access to Frame IO for uploading/downloading.

Does anyone know where I can get the information for IP destination, port number and protocol used by Frame IO so I can give this to our network team?
