# File Ready Webhook randomly triggering 2 or 3 times (duplicates) - causing issues with a paid vendor

We have a Make scenario where the trigger is a Frame v4 Watch Events webhook specifically for the “File Ready” event. If the file is within a specific folder, it gets sent to a captioning vendor as a live order and instantly debits our funds with that vendor.

**Expectation** : the trigger fires when a new file uploaded to our specific folder is ready.

**What’s happening** : most of the time, the trigger files once for a file uploaded to that folder, but occasionally, it’s firing two or three times in fairly rapid succession, causing two to three duplicate orders to go through.

We maybe submit 20 orders a month, and this happens 1-2 times, so it’s not often. The files are uploaded the same way every time, and the file IDs are the same across the duplicate scenarios as I show in the loom, so I don’t think it’s an issue related to multiple files getting uploaded by mistake.

I too am noticing this with File Ready webhook. It is more than 3-5% of the time, but not every time and can’t identify a pattern.
