Hi team,

We are on a [Frame.io](http://Frame.io) Pro account and we want to build an internal integration that reads our own project media via the V4 API.

We created an OAuth Web App credential in the Adobe Developer Console and we successfully obtain valid Adobe IMS access tokens. However, every V4 endpoint (including GET /v4/me and GET /v4/accounts) returns HTTP 403 Forbidden, which points to our Adobe organization not being entitled to the [Frame.io](http://Frame.io) API product.

Could you tell us:

1. What is required to enable V4 API access (product entitlement) for our organization?
2. Is API access available on our current Pro plan, or does it require a specific plan or add-on?

Thanks a lot for the help.

Hi @ohmycreatives.com!

Sorry to hear you’re running into some trouble with this. V4 API access isn’t tied to a specific plan level, so the issue is happening somewhere else in the workflow.

You can use the console in our docs to make live API calls from your own account. When you have a moment, can you head over to this page and give it a try?

> **[List accounts | Frame.io API Documentation](https://next.developer.frame.io/platform/api-reference/accounts/index?explorer=true)**
>
> List accounts for the current user. Rate Limits: 100 calls per 1.00 minute(s) per accountuser

Once on that page, hit the ‘Login’ button, enter the credentials for the account you’ve been testing with, then hit the ‘Send request’ button.

If you’re able to successfully hit the List Accounts endpoint from the console, that helps isolate the root cause quite a bit.
