# Create a v3 account for testing purposes

I’m working on an app that has users on both v4 and v3 of [Frame.io](http://Frame.io). I just started working on our [Frame.io](http://Frame.io) integration and my testing accounts were automatically created in as v4 accounts. Is there a way to create a new v3 account or downgrade an existing one so I can test my app’s v3 integrations? Until my users all switch to v4 I need to support the legacy API but can’t test it at the moment.

@sam_vu new accounts are only V4 as of October 2024. If you have a question about downgrading your account, please reach out to support.
